Measure the circumference of your head approximately 2.5 cm above your eyebrows using a measuring tape. Compare this measurement to the LS2 sizing chart (ranging from XXS to 3XL). If between sizes, choose the smaller one.
Use a mixture of neutral soap and warm water with a soft cloth. Never use hot water, saltwater, gasoline, glass cleaners, or solvents, as these can damage the shell and reduce protection.
LS2 helmets are designed to absorb only one impact. Even if no external damage is visible, the internal structure may be compacted and compromised. The helmet should be replaced immediately after any accident or significant impact.
LS2 does not recommend repainting helmets, as paint solvents and chemical agents can damage the materials used in manufacturing, potentially weakening the shell and reducing safety.
Plastic components and internal padding can deteriorate over time. It is generally recommended to replace your helmet every 5 years from the manufacturing date, or sooner if it shows signs of wear or has suffered an impact.
