Take both earbuds out of the charging case; they will power on and pair with each other automatically. Then, enable Bluetooth on your phone, search for the device name (e.g., 'T16'), and tap to connect.
To reset, turn off Bluetooth on your device. Press the multi-function button on both earbuds 4 times (or hold for 10 seconds depending on the model) until they reset. Place them back in the case, then remove them to re-enter pairing mode.
