This device requires no license or activation code. Please follow these steps:
- Use only our bundled software (included on the CD).
- When installing the software, first disable your computer’s antivirus software and firewall, and disconnect from any network. Otherwise, antivirus software may falsely flag our software as containing viruses, preventing installation.
- Recommendation 1: Watch the installation video we provided (included on the accompanying CD).
- Recommendation 2: Use Windows 10 or Windows 11 to avoid software compatibility issues.
- If you encounter installation issues, please record a video demonstrating which step is causing the problem and send it to us.

- Copy the software to your computer, then turn off your internet connection and antivirus software.
- Open the renolink-setup210 file inside the software folder.
Copy renolink.dat file, Paste into the folder where renolink is located 
- Click CDM21228-SETUP TO RUN
- If pop up below page,please cilck to ok
