- Ensure that the datalogger is reliably connected to the ports on the device.
- Check that the power indicator of the datalogger is on.

- Open the APP and click the Sign up button to enter the registration interface.
- Enter your mobile phone or email, click Send, enter the verification code and login password, then click Sign up now to complete the account registration.
- For password login, enter the email address and password used for registration, then click Login.
- For verification code login, click on the respective icon, enter your mobile phone or email used for registration, click Send, enter the verification code, and log in to the system.

- Two methods for adding devices: Bluetooth addition and Scan addition.
- After logging in, on the monitoring page, click Add Device to enter the Add Device page or click the + button in the upper right corner to add a device.

- After powering on the device, select the same device as the PN, click the + icon, and then click OK to add the device.

เพิ่มอุปกรณ์

- Sweep Code Add
Click “Scan addition” to scan the two-dimensional code of the number sampler or click “Enter PN” in the lower left corner to enter the number sampler PN to complete the addition of equipment.
Networking configuration (Bluetooth distribution network)
- After the equipment is successfully added, the data acquisition device containing the Wi-Fi BLE module will automatically enter the “networking configuration” interface.

- After entering the configuration, wait for 10s,APP will feedback information according to the distribution network result.If the distribution network is successful, click “confrim” to return to the device list and wait for about 1 minute to view the device data normally;
If the configuration fails, view the “diagnosis results and repair suggestions”, and click “reallocate network” after troubleshooting .
Viewอิงข้อมูล
After the data collector is successfully added, tap “Overview” to return to the Summary Interface. This interface displays the overall data of the account, allowing users to intuitively view results of multiple data types—especially data with business correlations, such as statistical information on industries, projects, devices, and alarms.
Viewing Project Information
Tap “Projects” to manage all projects under the account. Tap a “Project Name” to access the corresponding project page and view the device information under that project; tap “Details” to enter the “Project Information” page and view the basic information of the project.
Viewing Device Information and Alarms
- Tap “Devices” to view the current status and information of the devices. The device statuses include: “Online”, “Offline”, “Malfunction”, “Alarm”, etc. If the current status of the device is “Normal”, it will display the “Normal” status.
- Tap the “Device Name” to enter the Device Details page, where you can view the current device overview, real-time parameters, historical data, and device alarms.
- Click “Associated Data Collector” to enter the Data Collector Details Page. Here, you can view the basic information and connection information of the data collector, and also perform a restart operation on it.

AT Command Parameter Setting

- On the “Data Collector List” interface, click the “Debug” button;
- Enter the “DTU Debugging” interface. In the “Parameter Setting” section, select UART (UART Parameters), and set the corresponding baud rate parameters for the device. For example, enter “9600,8,1,NONE”, click “Set”, and wait for the response. If the response result is “AT+UART:W000”, it indicates successful setting; if the response is “AT+UART:W001”, it means the setting failed. In this case, check whether the network connection is normal or verify the correctness of the command (Note: Use English symbols).
- In the “Debug Command Box”, enter a hexadecimal command for the device, such as “01 03 00 00 00 64 44 21”, click “Send”, and wait for the response. If the response is the corresponding data returned by the device, it indicates successful serial port debugging; if there is no response, it means the serial port debugging failed. In this case, check the serial port connection or verify the correctness of the command (Note: Use English symbols).
