Does the Volla Phone support eSIM and nano SIM cards at the same time?
Yes. The device includes an integrated eSIM in addition to support for inserting a nano SIM card and a memory card. eSIM setup is managed in the eSIM Manager under System settings > Network and Internet.

Is a charger included with Volla Phones?
No. For environmental reasons, the package does not include a charger. You can use a suitable USB power adapter, a laptop power source, or charge the device wirelessly via induction.

What is required to set up the multi-boot function?
Insert a microSD card with high read/write speeds and at least 32 GB capacity. Then use Settings > System > multi-boot manager to set up the SD card and install a compatible operating system.

How do I activate Security Mode?
Swipe right twice on the Springboard to show the left-side settings, then enable Security Mode. On the first activation, you will be prompted to set a password.
