ULooka devices typically only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz network during setup and that you have entered the correct Wi-Fi password. 5GHz networks are not supported.
Open the ULooka app, click '+' to add a device, and select 'Video Doorbell/Camera with QR code'. Enter your Wi-Fi details, then use the camera lens to scan the QR code displayed on your phone screen from a distance of 10-15cm until you hear a prompt tone.
