  • How do I set the date on my OLEVS watch?

    Pull the crown out to position 2 and turn it to set the date. Important: Do not adjust the date or day between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM, as the movement adjustment gears are active and forced adjustment may cause damage.

  • Is my OLEVS watch waterproof?

    Most OLEVS watches are rated 3ATM (30 meters), which is suitable for splashes, rain, and handwashing but not for swimming, diving, or hot showers. Please check the specific rating on your case back.

  • How do I power for my automatic mechanical OLEVS watch?

    Automatic watches are powered by the movement of your wrist. If the watch is not worn for a long time, manually wind the crown clockwise (usually 30-40 turns) to provide sufficient power.

  • How do I adjust the stainless steel link band?

    Use the included link removal tool to push the pins out in the direction of the arrows marked on the underside of the strap. Remove necessary links and reinsert the pins flush to resize.

  • Why did my quartz watch stop working?

    If your new watch is not running, ensure the plastic crown stopper has been removed. If it still does not work, the battery (typically SR621SW or similar) may need replacement.
