MacKenzie support FAQ

คำถามที่พบบ่อยเกี่ยวกับคู่มือ การลงทะเบียน และการสนับสนุนสำหรับแบรนด์นี้

  • Why is there no outlet gas from my MacKenzie gas blender?

First, close the shutoff valve and check the pressure. If it is low or zero, check both supply gases to ensure they are not empty or turned off. The blender automatically shuts off if either gas supply is unavailable.

  • What does the Check Valve Tee do on a MacKenzie setup?

The Check Valve Tee adds an isolated check valve to your system. It prevents water from backing up into and ruining the blender if it shares a gas supply with a soda carbonator and the primary CO2 supply runs out.

  • Where should I install my MacKenzie Gas Blender panel?

Mount the panel to a wall in a weather-proof area only. Choose a location that minimizes accidental damage, provides convenient access for the shutoff valve, and is close to both the supply sources and the dispensing equipment.

  • What is the warranty period for MacKenzie Gas Blenders?

McDantim Inc. provides a limited five-year warranty from the date of sale, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Canadian service is handled by the QBC Service Center.
