  Yes, for cameras without an NVR or cloud subscription (such as the IC301A wire-free model), an installed SD card is required to enable local recording and playback functionality.

• How do I enable the 2-way talk feature?

  You can use the siren button, call button, speaker icon, or talk button within the Lorex app. Certain models also have a physical call touch button on the camera that can be tapped to initiate a call to your connected smartphone.

• Why can't I find my new device in the Lorex Connect app?
