What is the warranty policy for EarthQuaker Devices?
EarthQuaker Devices provides a limited lifetime warranty for all their devices. They will repair or replace any device as long as they are in business and materials are available. Wear-and-tear parts are fully covered for two years from the date of purchase, after which a $15 repair fee per item applies.
-
What power supply should I use with EarthQuaker pedals?
Most EarthQuaker Devices pedals require a standard 9-volt DC power supply with a 2.1mm negative center barrel. It is highly recommended to use pedal-specific, transformer-isolated wall-wart power supplies or isolated-output supplies to prevent unwanted electronic noise. Do not run the pedals at higher voltages unless specifically stated.
-
What is EarthQuaker's Flexi-Switch Technology?
Flexi-Switch Technology is a relay-based, true bypass switching style featured on many EarthQuaker pedals. It allows you to simultaneously use momentary and latching-style switching. Tapping the switch acts as a standard latch, whereas holding it down engages the effect momentarily until you release it.

Can I swap the tubes in the EarthQuaker ZEQD-Pre?
The ZEQD-Pre is designed to be used with an EF86 tube only. Do not replace it with an incompatible tube type. While the tube can be carefully swapped by the end user with another EF86, EarthQuaker Devices is not responsible for any damage caused by tube swapping.
