  Yes, you can use tap water, but for optimum performance and to prolong the life of the diffuser, it is recommended to use mineral or demineralized water.

  Rinse and dry the tank after each daily use. Once a week, clean with a 1:1 water and vinegar solution and gently wipe the membrane with a soft cotton swab.

• What type of essential oils should I use with BEWIT products?

• Why does my BEWIT electric incense burner shut off automatically?

  BEWIT incense burners operate in intermittent intervals and will automatically enter a cooling mode to prevent overheating. It will also shut down if left running continuously for over 2 minutes.
