- Ensure the power cord is securely connected to the massager and a suitable power outlet.
- The remote control comes with a pre-installed battery. Remove any plastic tab to activate it.
- Adjust the 360-degree rotatable stand to your desired angle for foot, calf, or arm massage. Press the button on the handle to adjust and lock it into position.
