Before using the heating pad for the first time, fully charge the battery. A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours.
- Locate the DC charging port on the battery compartment.
- Connect the 12V/2A DC charger to the charging port.

4.2 Wearing the Heating Pad

- Place the heating pad over your shoulders, ensuring the weighted section rests comfortably on your upper back and the collar surrounds your neck.
- Adjust the collar using the sticky cloth and Velcro fasteners to achieve a snug but comfortable fit around your neck. The circumference of the collar is adjustable from 19 to 24.5 inches.
- Ensure the pad conforms closely to your body for optimal heat transfer.
