Light Therapy Treatment Plan

Use the Luminova for a maximum of 20 minutes per session, up to 3 times a day, for a full 3 months.

Do not stop your other pain-relief treatments, especially any prescription medication abruptly when you begin light therapy treatment. If you do not see significant improvement after 3-4 weeks of treatment, discuss future pain management options with your doctor or therapist.
