- Bread Mode: This is the default setting for regular bread slices.

- Frozen Mode: Ideal for frozen bread, waffles, or pastries. This mode adds extra time to the cycle to defrost before toasting. Select the "FROZEN" icon (snowflake) on the touchscreen after lowering the lever.
+10 Second Button
If your toast is not quite done to your liking, press the "+10s" button on the touchscreen during or immediately after a cycle to add an additional 10 seconds of toasting time.
