Assembly of your FITINDEX Home Gym requires careful attention to detail. It is recommended to have two people for assembly. Ensure you have ample space and all components are accounted for before starting.

- Assemble and Attach Bench: Assemble the adjustable bench and attach it to the main frame. Verify the sliding mechanism and angle adjustments work smoothly.

The resistance is provided by the flexible rods. To adjust the resistance, simply add or remove resistance rods from their attachment points. The machine is equipped with 320 lbs of resistance and can be upgraded to 500 lbs by adding optional resistance rods. No cable changes are needed when adjusting resistance.

Performing Exercises
The machine includes multiple pulleys, guidelines, and attachments (lat bar, foot straps, waistband) to facilitate various exercises. Connect the appropriate attachment to the cable system for your desired workout.
