Physical Features and Components

Follow these steps to set up your Mitel Aastra 6869i telephone.

The color display provides visual information about calls, menus, and phone status. The soft keys located directly below the display change their function based on the current context. Their labels on the screen indicate their current action (e.g., Pickup, Conf, Xfer, Voicemail, Home).

To access your voicemail, press the dedicated ระบบฝากข้อความเสียง button. Follow the audio prompts to listen to messages, change greetings, or adjust settings.
