This manual provides instructions for the SEIKO Men's SNZG15 SEIKO 5 Automatic Stainless Steel Watch. This timepiece features an automatic self-wind movement, meaning it is powered by the motion of your wrist and does not require a battery. - Pull the crown (the knob on the side of the watch) out to the first click position to adjust the date and day. Rotate the crown to set the desired day and date.
- Pull the crown out to the second click position to adjust the time. Rotate the crown to move the hands to the correct time. Push the crown back in to the normal position to start the watch.
