  Download the Viidure app from the App Store for iOS or Android systems. You can also scan the QR code to download the app.
• Registering Account:
  Register an account within the Viidure app by providing the required information and verification code.

  Connect your mobile phone to the camera by joining the recorder’s WiFi network and entering the password. Then, log in to the Viidure app to access the camera interface.

  Adjust dash cam parameters like WiFi password, recording settings, watermark time, video cycle time, collision sensitivity, and video resolution.

การโหลดแอปสามารถทำได้สองวิธี:

ปุ่มเปิดปิด

1. ฟังก์ชั่นเปิด / ปิด
   ในสถานะปิดเครื่อง ให้กดปุ่มเปิด/ปิดค้างไว้ 2 วินาทีเพื่อเปิดแหล่งจ่ายไฟของเครื่อง และเครื่องจะเริ่มทำงานโดยอัตโนมัติ
   กดปุ่มเปิด/ปิดค้างไว้ 2 วินาทีเมื่อเปิดเครื่อง เครื่องจะบันทึกวิดีโอโดยอัตโนมัติ file และการตั้งค่าผู้ใช้และปิดเครื่อง
2. รีเซ็ตคีย์
   กดปุ่มรีเซ็ตเพื่อรีเซ็ตเครื่องและเริ่มเครื่องใหม่เมื่อเครื่องเกิดความผิดพลาดและไม่สามารถเปิดหรือปิดได้ตามปกติ
3. ช่องเสียบการ์ด TF
   ใช้สำหรับใส่การ์ดหน่วยความจำ [หมายเหตุ] กรุณาใช้การ์ด TF ความเร็วสูง (คลาส 10 ขึ้นไป) ที่มีความจุไม่ต่ำกว่า 8GB การ์ด TF รองรับสูงสุด 128GB

การแก้ไขปัญหา

ภายใต้สภาวะการทำงานปกติ หากผลิตภัณฑ์มีปัญหา โปรดดูวิธีแก้ไข:

1. Could not take a photo or a video. Check the TF card whether there is enough space, whether locked.
2. When recording, it will automatically stop because of huge high-definition video data, use SDHC compatible high-speed TF card; the high-speed TF card will be C10 identity.

    ผลิตภัณฑ์ใช้รูปแบบการบีบอัด H.264 file type is TS or MP4 format. Many Microsoft Windows computers’ built-in playback software bodies (such as Windows Media Player) do not support the H.264 encoding format. It may not be able to play, or the playing of the movie is not smooth, the frame is fixed or broken, or the video and audio are not synchronized. It is recommended to download other professional playing software (such as PotPlayer, etc.).
