Your Runstar Blood Pressure Monitor can be powered by either AA batteries or a USB-C cable.
The monitor can be powered by four AA batteries or via a USB-C cable for continuous use.

Cuff Placement

Ensure the cuff is placed correctly on the upper arm, approximately 2-3 cm above the elbow, with the air tube facing downwards.

- Slide your arm through the cuff loop. The bottom edge of the cuff should be about 2-3 cm (0.8-1.2 inches) above your elbow.
- Position the air tube off-center toward the inner side of your arm, aligning it with your middle finger.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm. Ensure it is not too tight or too loose. The cuff detection feature will alert you if it's not worn correctly.
