The kit includes various black bars and clamps for the drum rack, four drum pads (one 10-inch snare, three 8-inch toms), three black cymbal pads, the Nitro Pro Drum Module (brain), a wiring harness, power adapter, velcro ties, two foot pedals (hi-hat and kick), a mesh kick tower, and a drum key.

2. Drum Rack Assembly

The drum rack forms the skeleton of your drum set. Lay out the four largest black poles with feet parallel to each other. Ensure they are in the correct order: single clamp, three clamps, two clamps, single clamp (from left to right). Attach the middle curved crossbar (with three clamps) to the very top mounts of the inner two legs. Insert the remaining curved crossbars into the lower mounts of the inner legs and connect them to the outer legs. Tighten all mounts securely with the drum key, ensuring crossbars are seated deeply and are level.

3. Mounting Drums

Install the four included L-rods into the designated clamps on the crossbars. Ensure the clamps are rotated so the holes face towards you. The black plastic part of the L-rod should be inserted from the outside of the rack, with the silver bar facing upwards. Place the three 8-inch tom pads onto the L-rods on the main crossbar, and the 10-inch snare drum onto the L-rod on the dedicated lower bar. Adjust the height and angle to your preference, ensuring the snare drum floats over its black bar for stability.

4. Mounting Cymbals

Insert the three cymbal arms into the remaining open clamps on the crossbars. The shortest arm is for the hi-hat, the medium for the crash, and the longest for the ride cymbal, though these can be swapped based on preference. Remove the wing nuts and felt pads from the arms. Place each cymbal pad onto its arm, ensuring the black tab on the arm fits into the cutout on the bottom of the cymbal to prevent rotation. Reinstall the felts and wing nuts, tightening them just enough to secure the cymbal while allowing for slight movement.

5. Foot Pedals

Place the mesh kick tower directly underneath the middle crossbar. For the kick pedal, squeeze the silver bars on its underside and slide their ends into the holes of the pedal. Secure the pedal to the kick tower by centering it and tightening the wing nut on the pedal. Attach the beater to the pedal by inserting it into the hole next to the chain. Adjust the beater so the black plastic part touches the mesh pad when struck, and tighten it with the drum key.

6. Running Cables

Mount the Nitro Pro Drum Module on the far left crossbar in the last open clamp, ensuring it faces you comfortably. Plug the cable snake (wiring harness) directly into the back of the module and secure it with the two included screws. Connect each clearly labeled cable from the snake to its corresponding drum or cymbal pad. It is advisable to work from left to right, keeping cables neat using the included velcro ties. Some cables are longer than others; run them efficiently to leave enough length for the farthest inputs.

Operating Your Drum Set
