Follow these steps to vacuum seal your mason jars:

1. Fill the Jar: Place your food items into the mason jar. For solid foods like fruits and pickles, leave approximately 1/2 inch of space from the rim. For soft foods such as jams and jellies, leave 1 inch of space. Ensure the jar rim is clean and dry.
