Extend the hose to a window or other suitable opening and secure it using the provided window kit. The air filter should be cleaned regularly, approximately every 3 months or more frequently depending on usage and air quality. A dirty filter can reduce cooling efficiency and airflow.

- Locate and remove the air filter panel, usually on the side or back of the unit.
- Gently wash the filter under running water (preferably warm) to remove dust and debris. A soft brush can be used for stubborn dirt.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it into the unit. Do not expose to direct sunlight or high heat.

The Inventor Cool unit features an internal evaporator that helps to expel most of the condensed water through the exhaust hose. However, in high humidity conditions, the internal water tank may fill up. When the tank is full, the unit will stop operating and display an 'H8' error code.

- Remove the rubber stopper from the drainage outlet to allow water to flow out.
